We begin by providing each unit in the community with a 13-gallon trash container. Residents can place their filled containers outside their units between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. for pickup. Our valet trash porters collect the trash according to the industry-standard schedule, arriving on the property from Sunday to Thursday between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Using leak-proof satchels, they collect the trash from all containers and dispose of it in the community’s dumpsters or compactors on-site. After disposal, our staff clean the trash disposal area and conclude with a "Doorstep Details Report" sent directly to the property management team.
